Klaar & Collected was created from a simple idea: good people doing good work shouldn't have to do everything themselves.
After more than 15 years working across communications, project management, higher education, public health, events, websites, and community programming, founder Jessica Lauther saw the same challenge again and again. Small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations often have plenty of ideas and important work to do, but not always enough time or hands to tackle everything on the list.
Klaar & Collected provides flexible, practical support to help turn those “we really need to…” projects into “done.”
The name Klaar & Collected has a little wanderlust built into it.
When I began dreaming up the business, I was also exploring a longtime goal of living and working abroad, with the Netherlands at the top of the list. I wanted a name that gave a subtle nod to that next adventure, so I started looking to the Dutch language for inspiration.
Klaar can mean ready, finished, or done, which felt especially fitting for a business built around helping people tackle projects, tie up loose ends, and get things across the finish line.
Collected brings it back to the heart of the business: bringing together the ideas, information, people, projects, and details that can otherwise feel a little scattered.
Together, Klaar & Collected represents exactly what I hope to bring to every project: a little more order, a little more clarity, and the satisfaction of finally putting a bow on it.
